The Misfit Class faces their greatest challenge yet: they must all reach the rank of Dalet (Rank 4) before the end of their first year, or they will be evicted from the Royal One classroom. To achieve this near-impossible feat, the school assigns each student a specialized tutor. Iruma is paired with the short-tempered and flashy Master Bachiko, who puts him through hellish training to master the art of the bow—a weapon traditionally disdained by demons.

The culmination of their training is the Harvest Festival, a four-day survival competition in a massive jungle where students must hunt for ingredients and points. As Iruma and Lead navigate the wilderness, they find themselves targeted by Orobas Coco, a demon who uses illusion magic to manifest his victims' deepest traumas. Amidst the chaos of survival and betrayal, Iruma must find the legendary "Seed of Beginnings" and make the "Legend Leaf" bloom to prove that a human's kindness can flourish even in the brutal hierarchy of the demon world.
