Umm... what to say... I read till chapter 30 and can't say I like it, but as usual, josei really isn't my cup of tea. Pretty lady doing pretty things, characters have incestuous undertones, the female lead is strong then becomes a damsel in distress—though the art quality is very good, which is definitely a plus point. Too many cliche plots are mashed together here. The political parts could've been cooler, but I can see what's going on with this webtoon. Reviews on the original platform are quite good, so maybe the problem is me—I just find it generic. I mean, this villainess/otome isekai trend started around 2014, peaked around 2021, and the first one I read was "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!" Before I knew it, so many villainess stories popped up with different angles—romance, politics, etc. Maybe the story gets better later on, but I can't see myself finishing this. So I won't recommend it unless you specifically like this genre or this kind of stuff.
